Daniel Davies is a dedicated attorney focused on construction disputes and other complex commercial cases.

At RLG Law, Daniel represents contractors, developers, property owners, and other industry stakeholders in navigating high-stakes disputes and regulatory challenges. He brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong command of administrative and civil procedure to every stage of a case, from early case assessment through resolution.

Before joining RLG Law, Daniel served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, where he advised on legal matters involving federal labor and whistleblower protection statutes. Daniel also served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable William R. Greer Jr. at the Circuit Court for Charles County, Maryland, where he supported the court’s criminal and civil dockets.

His legal background also includes time at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he contributed to legal and policy research involving emerging issues such as AI in employment and anti-discrimination law.

Daniel’s varied legal experience and deep understanding of administrative and regulatory systems make him a valuable advocate for clients in resolving disputes that arise in the construction space.
